Angry Sometimes, not always when I add new scenery or Traffic my AI traffic vanishes I am running XP Pro on a Celeron 900 with a 128 card and 256Mb ram. I'll be upgrading to a new Pentium and FS 2004 in twelve months, in the meantime what happening. I can usually get out of the situation by running restore, but it's a pain in the four legged long eared load bearing quadruped Cheesy

Hi Cathy. Can you be a little more specific. Which scenery gives problems & which method are you using to add traffic? If you're adding the traffic with TTools & AFCAD it should be easy enough to remove. For example, take a backup copy of Aircraft.txt or other TTools text files before editing & recompiling. The same goes for scenery providing you install each new area separately & activate it via the Scenery Library it can just as easily be deactivated or deleted. If you install them properly there should be no need to run System Restore to remove addons from FS2002.

That would explain it. I dont think FS9 scenery would be compatible with FS2002 & the AFCAD files certainly won't. I suggest sticking to files intended for FS2002 until you get FS9.
