Its a small comercial Jet for 15 people aprox.

The A317...someone at Airbus did a project simillar to the A3...but no one told him about the A3...

Just so you know, the A328 wouldn't work. The air hot air would get sucked into the rear engines causing them to choke. Would still be cool.

You could mount the engines on the '328' so that they wernt directly behind each other?

If Burt Rutan designed it, at least two of them would probably be mounted on the fuselage.

Fair enough, perhaps the wings of an A340 on the front, then extra fuel on the rear wings to extend range and balance the aircraft.  8)
