I am creating a scenery, The crash site from the original Lost in Space T.V. show. I am placing the scenery in the Trona Spires area of California where the outside scenes of the show were shot. I am working from a very detailed screen shot from the show. I have had to create rock formations, vegatation, camp equipment etc...  To match the screen shot. The last coupla structures I have created do not display correctly, the closer you get to them they pop in and out of view, they are high poly count palm type trees set in close proximity to lower poly count rock formations done as a seperate .bgls.  Are there any settings in FSDS v2 that I can reset to fix this? Or am I going to have to go with a lower poly count on the palm trees.

Another problem with the change to autum there is snow on the ground but not on the objects I have created. Is there a way to plot autum and winter textures to one object. Or do I have to create copies with textures for autum and winter and use the condition function to have them display in the proper season?

I have had FS9 only a month or so. And know little of the internal workings yet.

Well it took a while, but I found a fix. I merged the project with one of the existing .fscs' that the parts were not doing the dissapearing act. Then produced it from there. Some of the existing .fsc files had to be split up. As they were near the cutoff size for producing as a .bgl. This fix did not work with all of the high count structures. I could not get the structure with the highest poly count in the smallest area to display, so It is no longer part of the project.
