OK first off, the reson I did not get more pics before the accident was I did not know this was goign to happen NONE OF THIS WAS PLANNED.

Nov. 29 04.

Was a clear day, I arrived at the airport for another chater flight, flying a couple to Vegas out of Burbank CA. I arrived an hour and a half early to preflight the aircraft, do the walk around etc.  At about 20 min untill the depature I called for and got the clearence. 10 min after the schedual depature the passengers show up, go figure. We brifed them on emergency procedures and then we were ready to go.

We turned the beacon on And lit her up, called for taxi clearnce and we were off. after cleared for take off we let the engines spool up and then realsed the brakes and we were off.

Just after we lifted of the ground I called for gear up
After rotation and positive climb he pulled the handel up but nothing, no gear in transit no gear up.

Tower advised us to contact depature, and he observived us with gear still down. We told him " it wont come up." we were leaving his airspace so we conacted Depature.  we went through the checklist, all circut breaks and Hydrulic pressure were well in the normal range. We decided to abourt the Flight and return to burbank, since we were not far off.

We cancled our IFR flight plan, and told depaure we were going back to burbank. They asked us if we wanted to delcare an emergency, we though it over and decided not to. "Just vectors will be fine sir." We Switched over to the tower, the tower had cleard some of the traffic for us and we were cleard to land not knowing what would work, brakes tires etc. We informed the passengers of our situation, and told them not to worry.

We landed and it was a rough landing but ok. With full reverse  during our landing roll, all kinds of horns and wistles starting blarring and one of the passengers screamed were on fire,  We deployed the fire extenguishers but to no aviall. the tower told us we could keep it on the rwy. and evucate

I pulled the throttles back, mixture  to cut off, we came to a stop and I turned the batt off and we got out of there,

We quickly ran away from the airplane and watched the fire dep get there.

Heres what one of the passengers got with her Camera.

...

...

the cause the fire is under insvatigtion.

Now thats real flight simming,  None of that was planned. Hope you enjoy
