Where is the Centre of gravity information kept? I want to move the centre of cravity of a plane so that its where it should be.

As far as I know, it's kept in the Airfile Smiley

Not the airfile.  The aircraft.cfg is where it is.  Open it with Notepad and scroll down until you see:

Quote:
[WEIGHT_AND_BALANCE]


It will be under that heading, as:

Quote:
empty_weight_CG_position=0.000000,0.000000,0.000000


Just change the numbers (longitude, latitude, vertical) to match what you think they should be.
