well, its 27*F outside right now, and i have my window open, the side panel removed and a large room fan blowing directly on my mobo. right now the case temp is 68*F and the processor temp is at 82*F!!!

Now that is what I call a cool processor!
pretty much the same as putting a mini A/C unit on the side of the PC..

That's right Gearhead,
120*F is pretty normal, most people quote temps as Celsius or C*, that's why you see people quoting between 40 and 60*.
