Wouldn't it be easier, and actually faster for you just to use google?

I myself never bothered to bookmark Dowson's site, every time I want to see if there's a new version of his software I simply query google with the word "fsuipc", and here it comes the url.

Why do we need any FSUPIC? Is this good for addon aircrafts and so on? Will this clear up the bad textures on some addons and so on?
I went to the home page and found the latest FSUPIC version #3, but what does it do for my FS9?

Any helps here, can't seem to find any on Peter Dwonson page that I can understand.
