Hey, I'm sort of a newbie with airlines and stuff. One thing I want to know is how do I find out what aircraft fly what routes for the different airlines. I just dont know where I could find this info that you all seem to know here. Sad

Generally, the easiest way is to check the airlines' flight reservations/schedules.  Typically, the equipment flown will be shown along with the flight information.

Check  the interested airline's website or another travel site like expedia.com, etc. for "latest" information.

Thanks Felix. I will try that. I just love aviation and want to find out as much info on as I can and I thought here would be a great place to ask.

14!  I'm quite sure that there are times when your parents may consider you a "household terror!"

Uh-Huh ...  that's just the definition of "I haven't been caught, yet.."

Remember, we've been there, done that, and most of us, haven't outgrown that!

Ask and you shall receive.

Visit http://www.amadeus.net/ and use the timetable function.  Just type in two cities and and an airline code and you can get all the flights that airline flies between those cities, with times, connections, aircraft type, etc.

Also, many airlines have a timetable available for download in mile-long PDF form on their website.
Using a flight tracker like the EXCELLENT one at http://www.flytecomm.com for the cities/airlines you want is good to.

OR if all eles fails, search google for "(insert airline) timetable"

Sometimes if I want to find out where, for example, Delta flies its 777s, I just search airliners.net for Delta and 777 and then put the cities I found in the photo search into Amadeus, as mentioned above.

Hope that helped!
