Iīve got a problem, after getting the Arrcab software, what is the key for deploying the Tailhook ?
I canīt find it in the menu, or how can I set it, itīs not in the Fs2002.cfg either.

Go to Settings>Controls>Assignments-Category  'General Aircraft Commands'

It's near the bottom of the list; 'Tailhook up/down'

By default it's unassigned. I assigned 'Shift+T' which by default wasn't assigned to anything else.

I found it, I have the german version, and it was translated just "Heck" what means "Tail", they forgot to translate "Hook".
