the most unusual crown land is between , if im thinking rightly, the high and low water marks on any tidal areas.

Thanks Eno. I'd forgotten that. Not that it would be much use to anyone.

This might explain it if you can understand it. http://www.defra.gov.uk/Science/GeneticResources/Access/In-Situ/Crown_Estate.asp
I don't think the concept of Crown Land is the same here as in Canada - or maybe it is? ??? To be honest I've never really thought about it. Wink

I've not been round the photo forum myself in ages and I missed this post. What a lovely looking river you have there Hagar pal. Really nice photos. I should do more with my camera than just stash it away untill Airshow season.

Very nice! I wish I lived in a place where the scenery changed in Autumn... The scenery and weather in my area is about as pleasant as stepping on a rusty nail.

Thanks all for your kind comments. I can't help noticing that this thread has been viewed more times & received more replies than most of my usual aircraft topics. Roll Eyes Maybe I should forget all about the aeroplanes & post more like these. Wink

It seems Doug that you've uncovered these peoples secret passion! They have FS for the scenery not the planes!
