The mel Jet 777 comes with the standard 2D cockpit and part of the cabin! It is also very easy on frame rates due to the entire aircraft not being modeled in 3D.
You need something like Active camera to move around in the cabin to see the different views!

If you want something smaller the Dassault Falcon is a terrific bird for an aging business jet. The virtual cabin is the ultimate in luxury. Love to take it on flights and move back to a passenger seat and let the AP handle teh cruise.

Heya Gabel,

Personally I like the Howard 500 by Milton Shupe, Scott Thomas, and Joáo Paz available here at SimV ---

Not only does it have a very detailed 2D panel and Virtual Cockpit, but it also has a detailed Virtual Interior!
