Hi, I just got a new video card its a diamond stealth s80 w/128mb, and now I can't play any music, movies,or my cpu doesn't play sound.
I updated all the drivers for it and everything, and in fs2004 before it boots up I get an error message saying fs2004 has to close, but the simulator runs anyway......I did get big fps gains from 3-6 fps to 15-30 fps, but no sound and the gauges don't work

so does anyone know whats wrong?
please help

That video card is a radeon 9200 gpu.

It's not really a very good card at all, take it back and tell the dealer it's not compatible with your system and get a better card.

I don't know why you are having the probs you describe, but try to get a decent mainstream card, it may solve your woes.

I really don't want to return it, because it was only $60 and I don't have enough money to set aside for my comp. to get anything that cost more than $100
