I have some things to say before I get into the photos.

For the first time ever, Miramar was a bad show in my book, security was just ridiculous, a few of the MPs were asses (You know who you are  Angry ), and the weather was bad early morning Saturday, and it was raining on Sunday, which was also a first for me at Miramar. The shows were ok even though most of the performers had to do their flat show. The F-16s and AV-8s were a nice change from the usual F-15s and F-18s. The Blue Angels did their usual thing which is starting to bore me. The night show was pretty sweet, lots of pyrotechnics; the Red Bull MiG was the best night show in my opinion. In the static area they had a few of the newer unmanned planes and the mock JSF which was neat to see. Also the Miramar Inn on base is where we stayed, that place is really nice, and I wouldn’t mind living there.

Thats it, those are my best shots from that day in my opinion, minus the C-5 with Flea shot, just havin' some fun there  Tongue. There will be more from Miramar at my site www.NyhusPhotography.com in the very near future. Please lemme know what you think of them.

On the MiG shot I really wanted to get it when the sun was shining through the windows of that shack in the background, but the fog blocked it out.  Sad
