Does anyone know if there's a function / key that will show the "current damage" or "airworthy status" of your aircraft ?

Whenever I get some damage from flak, gunfire (or stray debris from my low-level bombing) I find that the damage information flashes up too quickly to be read & remembered - especially in the heat of the moment.

If my aircraft is still flying after the "hit", then I'm left guessing as to whether it's best to bail out ASAP, head for home or whether I could still probably complete my mission safely.

Is there a way to re-check the current damage to my aircraft (other than having a look from the outside for "obvious" damage) ?

Thanks - Ian.

In the help files of "combat flight simulator" Help files there is a Oil Smoke colour Topic  But i use the Hydrolic oil pressure Hydrolic light & gauge to let me Know when the engine will seize up (No light loads of OIL  Psi/Kg2cm good sign !!) then bail out quick!!
