hey,
i was browsing through my effects folder yesterday and found out that there were fireworks,boats, trucks, etc...
i tried to find the stuff to make em work in my sim but no avail.

What should i do??

Dont know bout boats and trucks, but fireworks can be seen at several places, including the Statue of Liberty, at midnite, New Years Eve. You might do a google for FS2002 Easter Eggs to find other such events.

If you wish to make your own special effects, there is an FS2002 Special Effects SDK here....
