Lets get straight to the point...

I downloaded one of the cloud packs from http://fsw.simflight.com I believe it was CldPack2.zip and well, they look like S**t.

...

...

My shots arn't very good, I had to shrink them, but as you can see...they're squares. These clouds are made for FS2000 but they installed just fine and I found the link over at http://www.netwings.org/dcforum/DCForumID4/5804.html. Any Ideas?

Thanks,
Brandon

P.S. I installed the FS2K2 Sun and Moon, but I can't get the moon to show... ???

Looks like the textures have been done wrong think theres a way of fixing it but i'm afraid i don't know it.

Download the FS Sky world for FS2k2 the clouds in that pack work fine.

I've tried the moon and couldn't get it to show either  Sad

I didn't notice any frame rate drop on my setup.

Hmm... It looks as if there's no alpha in the bitmaps to make the textures look like clouds. If you open the stock cloud textures, they are on 256x256 bitmap, but they have an alpha to make them look like clouds. If you take the alpha out, or if it was never present, you get the square bitmap effect!

Stock Cloud Texture...

Addon Cloud Texture...
