I want to start a site, for Virtual Airlines, what my goal is, is to have a site were Virtual Airlines can post all there topics, from recruitment, to new opening, to staff positions, to just plan News but all laid out in a logical system.

Also I want have a place on the site for new Ceos starting out that can read to help them get started.
