I am having trouble with animating my ailerons. The axis of rotation is all jacked up and I dont hav enough expierence to do anything about it. Any help would be appriciated!

What modelling program are you using?
Basically, you need to MOVE (and rotate) your part AXIS to the desired "hinge" point
