making fsds macros for use with fssc (Read 186 times)

could anybody help me?ive made macros with fsdsv2.24. and ther not showing up in fssc 1.5.11.not just that the taxiways ive made are not showing either

Not sure I can help as I've never created scenery macros in FSDS. Which format did you export them in? My first thought is that they might be too complex for FSSC to handle.

Ifirst used it on my pc with windows xp ,and macros exported fine as api.That pc crashed sadly.so im usingmy old pc with 98 se, and thats the one im having problems with,I just cant remember how i compiled them into fssc.my brain is hurting and im taking it out of my family  Undecided Undecided Undecided

If you have no problems exporting them in API format it should be easy enough to import them into FSSC. New 3D Object/Macro from the FSSC right-click options.

I use FSDSv2 fro Macros and place them with FSSC and  have not had any problem.  I found both the .api and .scm formats both work in FSSC.  If they are not showing up including the taxiways, have you check the altitude and elevation settings (can't remember which) in FSSC.  You might have placed everything either below ground or in mid air!!!!  I once found my airfield some 50m in mid air!!
