Yup.... the American Roads addition I did has made an amazing difference in "realism" of the general scenery.  As did the change of landclass and the terrain meshes.

WELL worth the bucks.

They should make an animated roads addon, where the little lights from the cars move.. It may be worth playing FlightSim at 2 FPS..  Grin

Nice pics!

After I upgrade my PC I may have to cave to the pressure and get that US roads payware Undecided. I will not get any payware aircraft ever though, I think it would be a waste of my money.

&&&&That's right, I'm now using an AMD! I decided to give them another try and they kicked the pants off of my P4 3.4!

Here is another shot with FSGenesis American Roads installed (see others in "Payware").  This is on an online flight again from KDEN (Denver) to KEGE (Eagle County Municipal) ....hop #10 on the WSP online flight server ....... which takes you right up the frontrange foothills and near the path that I 80 takes into the frontrange.

In the image you see I80... and I think this spot is where I80 continues on toward Vail pass to the left and the main road thru the valley to the right is the way toward Winter Park.  But it has been a while since I have skied out there....so I may be worng on the exact spot.

...

This shot is from the main view on my windscreen outside monitor much of the time... no panels or anything..... since I am now using the simpit a bit whenever I fly ......... and the main instrument displays are active enough there that I can fly basic stuff that way.

best,

....................john
