I just ordered the DHC-6 twin otter from lago sim and after purchasing it's not too clear on how to download.  I was able to download the file after searching the site for it, but now the installer asks for a serial code and I'm not sure where to get it from.  Are they supposed to send it and if so then when can I expect it.  I understand that they are out of Italy, so are they on bankers hours?  If anybody has ordered scenery or aircraft from them can you please tell me the steps?
