Where is the add-on that lets you go in a control tower as an aircraft. It has a radar in it and, I think, 5 levels.

I downloaded it before but I lost it somehow.

Well, its not really very usefull. It doesn't function as an actual control tower. It just looks like one and has a radar function in it. In fact, its simply an aircraft that looks like a tower and doesn't have any engines.
