I am not sure if anyone would be interested, or if it is even possible with the way clouds are modeled in FS2004, but it would be awesome if someone could make a wake vortex add-on. Functional, but mainly graphics.
Something to imitate this:
I hope someone oculd do this if it is possible, it would add so much to the visual aspect of the game and think of the screenshots !!!

awesome would be an understatement!! this would be grand , however bear in mind pc processing power at this stage while excellent is still being stretched to great ends as it is - but there are people out there like eg ' nick and others' who create beautiful effects like AI jet exhaust etc -'simv utils' who knows what is possible . good thought and pics!!!

This would make an excellent addon! Saddly, though, the design of the cloud systems in FS would totally negate the possibility of this, since the clouds aren't actually freeform.
I'm afraid this will have to wait for a later version, but I would still love to see this stuff eventually!

Can you imagine the framerate hit if every cloud was made up of gazillions of discrete particles that were all being tracked by the CPU?
It'd take a Cray to run it.
But I agree that it would be WONDERFUL to have that level or realism.
best,
