looks alot like a Seneca but not nearly as fast(not that the Seneca is some kind of speed demon either). It's lines a very "boxy" like the single engine Grummans. The one obvious anamoly that I can point out is that the gear retracts towards the wingtips(outward) instead of towards the fuselage.

.....so I loaded up the plane and moved to Middle-EEEE..........OIL..that is......

Oops!  I did a search to find a Cougar picture and realized quickly that I had forgotten about the "original" Grumman Cougar. Sorry......The cougar in question is the American General/Grumman GA-7 Cougar.

Piloted ( for a whopping 7.4 hours) a 172sp

Flown in dc-9, a-3anything, hawker(great little jets), cessna 152, boeing 737, 757.  An md-11 as well, probably a dc-10 at some point.  Not half bad for a 15 year old.  Now for that 747...

Never been in a chopper, that's on my list.

Edit: By a-3 anything I'm refering to the airbus 300 series(310, 320, 330, 340)

I've in real life had the controls on these aircraft:

King Air B200 X2
Cessna Caravan (Amphibian) X1

Piper Arrow X2
Piper Warrior XToo many to count
Cessna 172 X?
Beechcraft Musketeer X1
Aronca Chief X2

I did all of this before my 18th birthday.  I am now 21 and still do not have my pilots licence and have not piloted a plane in a few years.

Know the feeling! Althugh I did get a bit of stick time last week, a couple of instrument approaches - first bit of flying for over a year...

I've got 50 hours in the King Airs, split between the 200 and the F90. Now all this was from the right seat with a qualified CFIIME watching over me (it'll be another year until I'm old enough for my license).

I really love the 200, very stable airplane. The thing can make any pilot look good. It's very easy to land and roomy on the inside. I've been to Florida in it a couple times which is a four hour flight (one way) and was comfortable the whole time.

The F90 is a different story. It's a very tricky airplane to fly. It's a C90 with a lot more power, bigger wing, and that T-tail. It is a pain in crosswinds and a lot different landing (atleast I thought it was).

The company my mom currently flies for is getting a brand new 200 (in addition to their Beechjet) with the Collions Proline package in January and I'm hoping to get a few flights in it.

Alex.
