I've been reading Ali Mujtaba's tute on adding ground crew to FS 2004.  It requires a program called Abacus.  Unfortunately I cnnot afford to pay money for such a program (I can hear the insults flying now) and want to know if there is a way of creating ground crew in other design programs.

link groundcrew to the combo of parking brakes on + engine RPM=0 + no pushback, and they will pop up when you want them. same story as for RBF flags

i have a BN-2 which has a pushback guy that appears at pushback, walking with a motor thingie connected to the front wheel
