is there any chance of someone who could tell me how to learn to become an atc controller online.  Do you have to do test or somethings.  And do you need any special equipment

Well, you'd need a microphone and some type of server. I think the most popular Live ATC server around here is Vatsim which is at www.vatsim.net .
