I have always really liked the shape of this glider.  I have many gliders for FS2004 and a few motor gliders to, but I have yet to find a self launching glider!  By this I mean a proper glider with an engine that retracts into the fuselage.  I had a go at trying to make one in Gmax and er well................ Sad

I know there aren't many glider makers out there but just in case I thought I would post up this glider as I would really like to see one in FS2004.

Here is some info on it:
http://www.luftfahrtmuseum.com/htmi/itf/pik20e.htm

Pictures (Sorry one is big)

...

...

I have started to make a scale model of this glider (It wont fly) but I liked it so much I thought I would make it  Grin

Ivan been there done that!

I converted his ASW28 to work in FS2004 as well as the Grob twin Acro  Grin

Also I visit Wolfgang Pipers site a lot http://www.fsglider.de/ And have most of these gliders too.

As I have said Wolfgang has motor gliders, but no self launching gliders!

The stemme!!  It's not the same thing, but a great model.  It has an engine that retracts into the nose. I found it on francesim.com.  If you look back I had an earlier post with a link.

Been there done it  Grin

Its horrible!  No classy lines like a proper glider.

Im thinking of getting hold of FSDS2 and having a go.  Just hope its not as hard as Gmax.

It didn't help that I didnt really understand the Gmax tutorials too good.

Thanks for tryin to find one for me though  Grin

Thanks for lookin for me m8  Grin

Thats the Stemme that Jake was on about.  As I said above I had it but its not too classy.  I like the sleek lines of a proper glider  Wink

Also as I said it may be time for me to attempt creating my own aircraft! A glider with a motor must be easier than these big fancey aircraft to make so it might be a good starter project.  Only thing is where do I start  ??? hehehe.

Thanks again  Grin

(note the word tweeked) i really dunno anything exept how to set speeds and thrust but i may be able to help a littel (better than nothimg right?) also you may be able to use the swiitzer on fs9 for the basics and add onto that good luck m8
(or you could make yer own and take pics of yer model and use that 4 textures )
