Hey, I'm glad you like the edits.  As for the heat effects, I used kind of an odd effect... "fur"  I use Paint Shop Pro 7, and for those believe I had the length at 2, blur at like 6 and density around 15... will double check... but works the best for me... then just use different layers of that, along with different blurr effects.  Smiley
