Sort of seriously.......  the one you actually own and have paid for already.


And a bit more serious....... you are likely to get a number of opinions on this.  In a sense, it sort of depends on what criterion you use. 

And no matter WHICH one you buy....... in about 2 months... it'll be outdated  Grin.

Here are the top cards according to Guru3d. Their site is pretty unbiased when it comes to the ATI vs nVidia issue. These are based on Doom3 and Far Cry benchmark scores the top one being best.
