I know there is one in the Carrier Ops download, it was recommended to me but I have yet to install it, I'm trying to figure out away to install just the "boom" without all the other stuff for carrier landings. But have yet to be succesfull.

I to have downloaded the sonic boom from the Military 2002 p36 and can't get it to work.

I think its because it state's to put the xml file straight into gauges.

I tried puting it in a new folder called sonic_boom and added the line "sonic_boom!" in front of the xml line with no luck.

Anyone get this file to work?

I think you want the "xml" in the gauges folder and the actual sound file in the "sound folder" in the aircraft folder.
I haven't tried it yet but have been playing with different sounds for some aircraft that I have, did you know how humerous a C130 sounds when you alias to the 172? Grin
