'Lo all!

'Black Magic' and "Grosvenor House' may be the only two Comets left (as it says in the aircraft's info); but it strikes me that the aircraft would look simply smashing in British racing green (with gold trim).

I've been trying; but repainting isn't something I'm good at.

To be blunt; I stink at it.
(It's probably easy in the grand scheme of things; it is however beyond me.)

So this is a plea to all the superb repainters here: Would anyone be willing to attempt the repaint? I'm thinking of having it B.R. green; with gold markings; race number on the rudder #99; with the name on the nose "Emerald Hawk" (The RL name of the sailboat I'm in the process of buying. )

I didn't think of it; I was thinking simply in terms of the best car colour there is (at least for Jags ) but that would make a nice detail! (j/k on Graham Hill though. )

Ahem...er...um.....I mean...

Black does look nice on Jags; the S-type in particular. I mean; let's be honest, when you've got a car as naturally gorgeous as the E-type; just about any colour would look good - though I personally think electric purple might be stretching things.
But the BEST colour of all - especially for the D and E types - is BRG. So there.
