After taking those pics, I headed over to Stockton to have a look around...

The Altamont Pass region.  Livermore National Laboratory is right at the base of that mountain.
...

A little closer up.  Really nice mesh!

The only thing missing here is about 10,000 - 100 ft tall windmills.
...

There are no words for how awesome this looked at 1280 x 960 Resolution.
...

Into the San Juaqin Valley
...

I can't tell you how many times I've driven down that highway!
...

System Specs:

I have Megascenery Nor Cal and So Cal editions.  I love them...but what disturbs me is the drastic improvement in image quality they have made for the Pac Northwest version.  They are implementing a completely new method for satelite image use.  It would be nice if they released updates for previous versions with this new technology.  The difference in quality, especially over built-up city areas, is like night and day.

I also have megascenery for both SO CAL and NO CAL.

I hope you don't mind me saying this but it seems to me that you are having a slight problem with your settings because in these shots it looks a s though you are missing a lot of textures.

I would recheck my fs9.cfg file.

Although I agree that reverse patches would be nice proper settings within either of these sceneries produces awesome results.

The R4D is flying out of San Francisco over NO. CAL megascenery.
