Howdy,

I would like to know what is the quickest and easiest way to remove the virtual cockpits in FS2004 addon planes.

I figure it must be in the ".mdl" file. What editor should I use, and what portion of the file should I remove ?

You can't remove the VC because the entire plane is "built" in 3D. See HERE and you can see. Your regular "Panel" view in 2d Is just a "Template". The 3D VC is actually the model itself,...with you basically sitting in their. That is why with active camera, you can walk through tout an aircraft!
