I need a new mike and headset for multiplayer. My 5 year old mike has packed up so its time for a new one. My priorities are good sound quality, good looks (lol) and most importantly its gotta be robust .

Ive got £50 inc VAT to spend, so ideas welcome.

Heres one I thought about:

      Logitech Stereo USB Headset 20

Any thoughts or good brands are welcome.

I've got a great headphones / mic setup, £6 from Maplin Electronics.... and when the dog eats them , or, I tread on them, it don't break the bank to replace them.

Personally, I'd stick to the regular soundcard connectors (makes extending the headphone/mic cable easy if required) and it costs a fraction of the OC/UK kit, good as it is.

Go to Maplin & buy a game with the change. Wink

Hmmm. We don't have a Maplin shop around here. Can you shop online?
