Here's a few more I took this past summer and touched up. Enjoy!

This is Deception Pass Bridge, one of Whidbey Island's famous landmarks! There has been so many accidents/jumpers on this bridge, its not even funny. A while back there was a semi truck crossing over and a 70mph wind gust blew it over. It ended up hanging over the edge @ a 45 degree angle. I doubt that some of you were watching at the time but it appeared on natl. TV  Roll Eyes

Lol, I love how people here don't really like to comment on what other people write, like for you, about your great pictures, but a typing error or something.   If you're gonna take the time to post, at least add something to the conversation.

I've always loved flying here in Washington.  It's been really nice flying both on the east and western side of the Cascades, and even a few IFR flights accross.  One of my favorite flights is always going up around the San Juan Islands.  I loved doing my solo XC flights from Monroe (W16) up to Bellingham (KBLI?)  durring the winter months... when the weather was nice you could see mountains all around you, north, south, east, west... just amazing.  Both Baker and Rainier were so crisp you could almost touch them!

Anyway, great pics of a great place!  8)
