For all you designers that may read this.  The kln 90 series of stand alone panel mounted gps is more widely used than garmin navcoms and would be easier to add to panels and virtual panels and certainly more realistic than the default garmin look alike which as far as I know, only exists in fs.  This is a request.  It is my wish for a gauge designer to repackage the fs9 gps into a kln-90 look alike bitmap.  Now, I know that Ick Slack has created one but all it does is read gps data and open the default gps.  I am desiring a self contained kln-90 gps replacement with map and data readout.  If the deefalt gps can be repackaged to look like an apollo mx-20 what is so difficult about repackaging  it to look like a kln-90?????  And, why has no one done it yet????

Read through the whole thread and follow the instructions. From my experience: the project tupolev forum doesn't always work with babelfish, so i hope the links to the russian section point to the exact location in the thread
