does anyone know where to 02/04 planes for air canada jazz (dash 8-300 or a BAe 146-200)

Check out VACanada.  They have very good models for all of Air Canada's and Jazz's planes (http://www.freecfm.com/v/vacanada/fleet/fleet2.cfm).

I am unable to download the planes from there, I will have to keep looking for another place to get them.

I happen to be a member over there.  I forgot that you had to be a member to download.  Sorry about that.  If you do join, they have very good models of all of AC's aircraft.

What does a membership entail? Cost etc.
Is there any way you can download one or bothof those planes for me?

There is no cost.  You have to fly once every month or every three months.  It is not that big of a deal.
