Splendid stuff. That Skyraider is the former TFC aircraft and was always a regular at Duxford shows. Did they get "Sally B", "Friday the Thirteenth" and "Micky the Moocher" together on the flight line as hoped?

yes ozzy it is quite a size a fantastic plane first iv'e ever seen in the flesh so to speak..and bones gestels performance was awsome as usual top stuff.and yes hawker sally b was there too..in between the nasty weather of late the day was perfect a real treat all round especialy the gourgous skyraider the star for me at this event for sure Smiley Smiley

I've always hoped that one day in the future my pension will allow me to purchase a Skyraider, a nice blue one with several seats (not the single seat variety...). Maybe her indoors might let me have a two seat Hunter too...

And that heavens that it didn't get sold abroad...

I still remember the first time I saw it display at North Weald Fighter Meet in 1995. That was the same display they had the 2 DB powered 109s.... Awesome
