ok so listen up... i have this problem with the terrain... i know its not a problem... its suppose to be like that but i want to deactivate it or something by anyway... the ground on 2004 has dots on it... something like u see in the pic.. on 2002 its not there... those dots are great for detailed ground in close view but when i see it from far i still see the dots and it makes the ground looks like a busy dots moving on it its hard to explain... hmm... like a white screen on TV (Snow screen) and its disturbing me... there is anyway to do it like in fs2002? as u can see... blured but smooth without dots! and mipmaping doesnt work its just like lowering the range i can see with details. plz help Sad  ...

Have you tired bi-linear and tri-linear filtering?  Go to settings>display> and it's on there somewhere.  Forget exactly where, perhaps under hardware (where you set resolution).

Tri-linear should be fine.  Under the Hardware tab lower your mip-mapping quality to 5.  This should stop the sparkling / moving effect your seeing. Try a lower number if this doesnt solve it.

Short of that you could blur the ground textures a bit by  lowering the 'Texture Size' on the scenery tab in your display settings.
