I'm not going to say this is right and that is wrong.
We are all humans here, and by nature we are different.

But I kinda question the need for sitting infront of the comp. for more than 10hrs...as an athlete I know what that can do to your body physically-wise (not accusing anyone of being fat or somehting like that), but sitting still for some hours is just a pain for me.

Yes FS 2004 is healthy - in the right proportions, just as everything else in life.

All of my sim flying involves short, half-hour, (or less), hops from one airfield to another, overland, admiring the scenery from 2000 feet in a GA aircraft.
I land, switch the motor off, have a cup of tea, go to the toilet, do some shopping, cook some dinner, cut the grass, hang out the washing, re-fuel, and take off again, for the next airfield. No stress..no addiction..no increasing simulation rates, no problemo... Grin

...!
...just a relaxing way to pass the time in between getting on with real life... 8)...!
