I think there´s no special Addon, but i know for sure that some Airport- Addons (ie the awsome EDDW- scenery, don´t know who made it, but it´s great!) have such gimmicks like groundcrew and these yellow-black lookin vans drivin around the whole day to deliever some Cakes and coffee to the pilots  (just kidding)....No, seriously, In the EDDW (for example) there are even these men wavin´ signs to get you to the gate properly. You just have to look after these Airport- Addons. Sadly, that´s all i can help you with (but if you find a special addon for these things, post it, please!)
