I recently installed  a new AFCAD file for YSSY. The problem is that since it has been installed, aircraft have been taking off on the wrong runway for wind conditions. For example winds are 345/ 24 but aircraft air departing on 16l/16r instead of 34l/34r. I have most realistic AI installed as well, with many carriers as part of my new AI traffic.

Afcad Updates to existing runways are visual only FS will not use any added ILS runway without including a seperate bgl file that updates the orignal bgl file than fs will use the new ILS runways in bad weather.
I have seen several people that have updated a orignal airport by using AFCAD to make the new ILS runways than use xml to create a new bgl file to allow fs to use them. Check out AVSIM.
AT least this is what i think they are doing. It makes sense to me but I could be wrong 8)
