I downloaded the splash screen creator the other day and realized that you needed photoshop. i was wondering if somebody could send me the .psd file included with that package in a format i can use. (I'm probably going to use pixia to make the splash screens)

Thanks, Will

No Will, as that would be illegal. Breaking of copyright laws. There are some excellent freeware alternatives however Wink

Try zdnet.com and search for imaging software.
Or Google

If you want to make splash screens try MW's MkSplash. http://www.mnwright.btinternet.co.uk/beta.htm
It should work with most graphics editors.

Ozzy, i think you misunderstood me. I wasn't asking for a copy of photoshop. I just wanted someone who owns photoshop to save the template that came with the splash screen creator (in the cfs2 misc. section) in a format i can use with a different paint program. Maybe my first was little confusing. Thanks Hagar, I forgot that Martin Wright had made a splash screen creator. I'll try that.

Thanks, Will

That's how I read it. I couldn't understand what Ozzy was going on about. ???

I have PSP7 & should be able to convert the file for you. I would need the template & I'm not sure it would do much good or which format to save it in. You might be better off with MkSplash.

All MkSplash does is convert it to a format you can edit, right?

It's a while since I used MkSplash. It's easy enough to figure out & works fine for CFS2 splash screens.
