Awesome shots.  I got to see them perform when I was little (I think when I was 7 or 8).  I haven't seen them since-but from what I remember they are such an amazing team.  But, once again-great shots!

i more a Thunderbird fan, but everybody says they suck. the Blues seems to be alot better...let's hope i get to see them both once so i can compare them myself.  Wink

JATO is Jet Assisted Take Off...don't know what RATO is (Rocket Assisted Take Off?), but JATO is mostly used when talking about this kind of take offs  Wink

Yes RATO is Rocket Assisted Take Off, I say it is RATO because those are rocket motors on the sides of the C130 not jet engines.
