If you have the money, a big enough PSU and an AGP 8x slot - go for either the X800 or 6800. If you don't then wait until you do!

You have an Integrated Graphics Chip on your motherboard which shares your system memory.
IGC's are generally weak performers in 3D simulations.
There may be a simple BIOS setting to allocate more of your system memory to boost video performance now, but it still won't be as good as a dedicated addon graphics card.
You need to research AGP slots, and open your PC or read it's manual to see if you have one, and what speed (multiplier... ie. 2x 4x or 8x) it is.
If your PC has no AGP slot, forget about adding a graphics card. You could add a PCI graphics card in that case, but it may not perform much, if any better than what you have now.
Remember....... never buy a PC with Onboard Graphics!

Basic Input / Output System
http://www.webopedia.com/TERM/B/BIOS.html
It is accessed through a hidden screen that is activated by pressing a key at the correct moment during the PC's bootup, you may know it by a different name ..... like SETUP.
Your manual will tell you the key to press to get there and explain which menu to use to change the onboard shared video ram setting.
Make BIOS your friend, because it makes a terrible enemy. Don't change anything in there that you are unsure of.
