Anything can be a tool nexus
If you pick up a rock and hit someone in the head with it, that rock just became a tool...........and a murder weapon
Heres another clue, its a piece of electronics

Hey Jeff, whatever you're smoking, please share
It says remote CONTROL, not TOOL.
Anyway since it's prolly wrong I really don't care if it's a remote control or TOOL

A battery charger?
I only pretend to know what I'm talking about. Heck, that's what lawyers, car mechanics, and IT professionals do everyday.
