I am having problems with this F-18 Sad

When I load up FS select it from my hanger and then click fly now, the screen goes black and FS2004 is exited ???

But if I select another aircraft and then click fly now,and before take off hit ALT and select the F-18 that way I can fly it Grin

But when I try to turn off FS the whole PC crashes ???

Plz help me

That is a strange problem it sounds like when you try to use it without starting with some other air craft it is having a problem with either the model or the panel not sure which. Try starting FS use some other aircraft to open with than switch over to the problem jet. than save it as your default flight than re start fs & see what happens. When you start fs are you inside the plane or you outside in spot or tower view. If you start outside the problem might be with the model file. Otherwise there is something not quite right with the panel.
