It's probably an airplane made with an older version of the Aircraft Development Kit. On aircraft with props the props don't show up and the landing gear is missing. Jet aircraft don't have landing gear and the fan blade animation is missing. You can get the landing gear back by adding a line to your Fs9.cfg file.
Find your Fs9.cfg file. (There's a sticky post at the top of the forum telling how to find it depending on your operating system). Use notepad to open the file and look for a line like this:
[FrameCallNoWarn]
full=0
Change the 0 to a 1 and save the .cfg file. You should have your landing gear back. For props and fan blades there's no solution. Just have to imagine the prop is rotating too fast to see and don't look into the engines of jets.

If you can not find it just add the lines as shown by Mattnw
I dont think it will matter where you puth them but I would put them at the end. As always back up fs9cfg file before you make any changes name the backup file FS9cfg.bak that way you will not have two fs9cfg files as fs will not try to read the one with the .bak extension
