The Heritage Flight featuring a F16 and P38 flowen by Steve Hinton (the only person allowed to fly Glacier Girl).
...

The P38 (far left) sets off a new World Record of the largest pyro display, a wall of flame 3,600' (and yes it was hot
Grin )
...

This guy was amazing! though you can't tell by the photo he is passing by real slow waving his tail at us!
...

This is the same guy taking off, as soon as he leaves earth he rolls!!
...

The next three are known as the Masters of Disaster (X-Team at Peoria) this display was awesome!!!
...

...

...

And this as one of my favorites! All because he slowed and paused for photos Grin

The one flying isn't Glacier Girl, she was entered in the Heritage Trophy contest. But never fear I'll have photos of her flying come Sept. There will be a Air Show at her home airport and will be the last time she flies this year. So am I gonna be there? YOU BET!!!!  Grin

It was the first time I have ever seen a Harrier in person! And I have to admit I was really impressed!! I never knew how manuverable they are.
The old prop planes are still my favorite, but to be honest seeing the military jets perform in person gave me a new respect for them! When you witness the Heritage Flights it actually chokes you up a little.
