I've just completed a tilt-fan aircraft that is almost but not entirely unlike a DOAK 16. Helicopter flight dynamics but with aeroplane characteristics and I'm using the TAILHOOK to tilt the fans. They move a little too fast. Can I alter the speed of deployment/retraction or am I stuck with it?
Thanks.

I'm pretty sure you are stuck with it since all the aircraft seem the same. It's hardcoded in.
Pilot for a major US airline certified in the: EMB-120, CRJ, 727, 737, 757, 767, and A-320 and military, T-38, C-130, C-141, and C-5 along with misc. other small airplanes. Any questions, I'm here for you.

aceronzo;
Yes, helicopter flight dynamics to get true vertical performance. (MY helicopter FD to get aeroplane performance <G>).
saratoga;
Shame. The speed of fan-duct rotation is roughly double what it would be in real life.
Oh well, at least it's only a fantasy aircraft. I'm happy with everything else.
Release in a couple of days.
Thanks folks.
